In November 2007 Baltia Air Lines signed agreements with Aviation Content Management and PAS Group, two professional airline certification consultants, The agreements were signed to assist Baltia\'s staff with the FAA Air Carrier Certification. Aviation Content Mangements experience includes participation in a JetBlue certification and PAS Group which is headed up by Jose Pagan is only one of a handful of Federal Aviation Administration approved air carrier certification consultants.
In December of 2007 Baltia hired a new Chief of Flight Operations, Mr. Joseph Smoltz. Mr. Smoltz brings with him many years industry knowledge. Mr. Smoltz\'s last position was serving as the Chief Pilot for FedEx.
